The event will take place rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. Any weather-related updates will be communicated by email.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable unless ticket protection is purchased at checkout. Ticket protection allows you to request a refund of the ticket price if you are unable to attend for personal reasons, as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before the event. Ticketing, processing, and ticket protection fees are non-refundable.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders may choose a refund of the ticket price or a credit toward a future event.
